“No, no,” Caius tapped a finger against the crook of his arm, eyes not meeting the blonde’s as he pondered. Why had he actively sought the young man just to show him this? Were its contents that intriguing he wanted to share it with… someone?
Ah, such feeble unwanted thoughts.
“I am merely sharing something of curiosity with you,” the Guardian finally stated, a long brow raised as though he was responding to with an obvious answer. Caius finally met the other’s eyes and he narrowed his own, not liking the rather sly expression he wore.
“Really?”
[ It wasn’t often that Snow’s own curiosity flared to a certain extent. Before him was Caius Ballad, the entity of Chaos; a man one shouldn’t reckon with so aimlessly– and here he stood, feeling an urge to share a tidbit of information to him of all people. It was almost as if Caius had forgotten who he was, but he wouldn’t mention it– not unless he wanted to boil up some unnecessary negativity. ]
“It’s definitely interesting, I won’t lie– but what brought ya’ to tell me this? I mean, I was under the impression you only spoke to Yeul. Unless you’re lookin’ for some company?”
